My room was dirty when i walked in. sticky liquid stuck to the walls, light switches were sticky and gross. the carpet was covered in crumbs and dirt and the AC machine was covered in mold and didn't turn on( not that i would have anyway) someone peed in the elevator on my first day there and after a 4 day visit the elevator still had not been cleaned. "We stayed for 2 nights before meeting other family elsewhere. It was clean, the beds a little on the soft side, which I like. The staff was very nice and very thoughtful and helpful. Water pressure was good. It also had a little fridge and microwave and was in a great location with lots of places to eat nearby. Coffee set out in the lobby daily is a nice touch, even though I didn't have any. Ice machine worked fine. Didn't see a single bug, (and I check for them,) which is unusal even in pricier...

"The reservation was made through Expedia, with notes to have 2 cribs available upon arrival. I called the hotel to confirm prior to flying in. That night, upon checkin, they did not have any cribs as promised. But luckily, they were able to find a couple pack and plays.
