"My experience here was great and will definitely be visiting again. My only complaints would be that the bed was very squeaky and would make a lot of noise with any movement, and one of the pillow cases were dirty. "Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is big. There is air conditioning, a microwave and a fridge in the room. At first my fridge didn't worked but once I reported it, they fixed it. As far as everything else, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the security is tight. You literally need your hotel key for everything, whether it's to access the fitness room, the elevator, the rooms, the pool, the parking area. Everything. I have to say, it's a bit...

"The property was OK, the staff was great, it smelled great throughout the hotel, but the rooms were small, and the bathroom was tiny, and we did not have any hot water in the shower, shower was lukewarm at best! Also no elevators which we knew about, but we were on the top floor, so carrying all our heavy luggage up 4 flights of steps was tough! Also rooftop was not very well kept, had trash and old rusty chairs."

"The pool is not too clean, water is cloudy, overcrowded for most the most part, definitely need some repairs , and the smell on the pool by the jacuzzis is not the most pleasant (smell like mold) The resort is pretty big for the pools sizes, in my opinion. Overall we had a good time with the family , front desk and pool servers were great, very attentive all the time. Resort needs also some kind of entertainment for guests. We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel"
