"First thing to mention about Hyatt Place is the breakfast. There is quite a variety to choose from. There is also ample seating for guests. The next thing is the location; it is easy to find. "This hotel us to be one of the top hotels in SJ, come to find out it fell to the bottom. People run in and out of the rooms all night making loud noises. Doors slamming hard. No restaurant, shop to purchase snacks was told to go next door to the gas station. No ice machines. The front desk clerk could barely speak English. Later in visit found out that the hotel just sold and will be under New management. Hopefully the reduce the hotel. Also found out old owners renovented rooms that were on...

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"Parking is free and easy but by town ordinance requires only front in parking. Loved the waffle maker. Beds were good. Shower was not very hot."
