"The bed was extremely comfortable with its pillow-top mattress. Additionally, the hotel was located close to the Xfinity Mobile Arena. However, I wish Aloft didn’t charge for parking."

"The hotel had a power outage on July 11 from 3pm and the power came back on July 12 at 11am. They had one generator that kept the front desk running and the hall lights. All rooms were without power, no food service during those times. I am.a hilton honors member and even though I utilized a third party they only tried to give me 30,000 points which is NOT equivalent to.one night stay at that same hotel.
