"Pealing paint on the dealings in my room and a super slow draining sink. Run the water in the sink for 20 seconds, it fills up to the top, and took another 30 minutes to drain. Then, the next morning no breakfast served. Staff said there was “A Kit hen Emergency” last night. They could have put out non-cooked food like cereal, breads/bagels, fruit, juices… but instead - Nothing… was their choice. Not a good experience. "Overall the property is nice and mostly clean but there were a few occasions where guests spilled liquids, milk& cereal and the staff was very slow to have it clean. It was a surprise that there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel. Impossible to use unless you spend you’re entire stay watching and waiting for an opportunity."

"Was not impressed with DoubleTree. The room was out dated, musty and smelled of mold. We asked to be relocated but the hotel was sold out due to Penn Relay. The staff was pleasant and requested housekeeping to vacuum the carpet. But the smell returned. Buffet breakfast was ok but not much variety if staying multiple days. Next year we will return to Embassy Suites. "

"This property was not worth the money paid..room smelled like body odor, had to asknfor a shower curtain, piad for parking but had to walk althe way around the hotel to get in..the bed was uncomfortable, no blanket and they charged you if you wanted extra... Overall very uncomfortable. The staff was very nice , coffee was good But i acnt believe i paid $200 for the night. Served its purpose but Wow! Never again....and i feel i deserve a refund Very disappointing 😞 "

"We experienced lots of issues during our stay. Had triple confirmed with the hotel because of traveling with our son who has special needs- still arrival check in was a mess and they tried to double charge us even though we had prepaid through Hotels.com later that night I overheard them doing the same thing to another traveler- charging her card $398 even though he room was prepaid. "This is the worst extended stay I've stayed at. Nothing was available when asked, nothing maintained, pictures definitely don't match the current condition. Then, to top it off, was introduced to to bedbugs thanks to this hotel. It's clearly been abused and neglected for some time. Sad experience, glad it wasn't my first extended stay, but it needs love before I'd stay again"

"Breakfast was cool. Hotel was not clean. There were ants in our room. anoone ever came to address them. Probably because they do not come and get trash or clean the rooms for three days. There were no working ice machines on our second night. Several staff were very helpful but also several were quite nasty. I won't stay at this location ever again. It is not being manahed well at all. Worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at. "
