"Close to arena. But nice place and good value."

"I had a couple of serious issues during this stay. The staff handled the situations okay. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. It is close to the highway. I probably would not stay here again but I think it's a solid option if you're in the area."

"Room was comfortable with basic wi-fi and media streaming, but daily at 5pm I had to re-authenticate to everything which was annoying. Free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. Staff was extremely friendly. One issue - ants. I picked a King Studio with fridge and bar area to make some meals or snacks but ended up ordering in and making sure to throw my trash away outside the room as there were ants on the tables, ice bucket, and bar area. "I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the bed. The air in the room wasn't stale smelling like in many inns and motel rooms. The room temperature was comfortable despite it being over 90 degrees outside. The front desk staff was courteous and expressed a willingness to help when needed. The breakfast for on-the-go was fairly decent. I also appreciated being placed in a room on the first floor near the front desk. It made me feel safer especially traveling alone."

"Great hotel! Perfect manager and staff! Only thing i didnt like was no microwave in room, and the garage parking. We ended up parking on Market street to be able to keep our car keys with us at all times because all of the garages are Valet. NO SIR. Property was gorgeous and everyone was helpful and friendly.
