"Lovely stay at The Beaches, hosts were amazing. Great room some some lovely touches, very homely. Parking on street if space available. Approx 1 mile from pier which was a lovely walk along the seashore. Breakfast was fantastic, continental selection, fruit plate and then choice from the menu I selected smoked salmon & scrambled eggs on toast,unlimited tea or coffee. Front & back outdoor sitting area. Would definately recommend. "

The price was relatively expensive as we booked last minute but the room was very very poorly. It was a Comfy king size if not wrong but felt very small, the view was from the back of the hotel so you basically could see the neighbours in the shower across so we had to keep the blinds off. "Easy parking. Check-in was a breeze. Helpful and friendly staff. Dinner in the restaurant was sublime (and I have a very fussy partner so trust me on this). The room exceeded expectations and thoughtful little niceties like sweets and luxurious ample bathroom additions and slippers/bathrobes. "Everything was just ok ,we like it only close to sea side view but breakfast was not good very very less item one day croissant and two different juices and next day no croissant just one juice so my children are skip the breakfast"

"The Ferryboat Inn is an old establishment that I last visited ten years ago. It has been sympathetically refurbished keep a lot of the original features but adding a new bar in place of the old conservatory. I was very impressed with all the changes."
