"Room was nice and clean with good facilities, but the spa and swimming pools changing rooms need refurbishment, there was lockers without doors and even the lockers which had doors had their locks broken which couldn’t be used. I had leave my stuff in my room which wasn’t convenient."

Safe in room is a nice touch, but sadly no fridge. Shame really as the room deserves one. Nice quality black out curtains. Staff are excellent! Overall for the price i paid it was well worth the money. I have stayed many times and will be back soon. "

"There is a good amount of on-site parking which feels secure and the hotel is a short walk from the City Centre. The reception area (pictured) is quite small so you'll need to lounge elsewhere. Not sure why the reception insisted on my photographic ID upon checking in."
