"We had a small issue with the toilet in our room. Upon informing the front desk staff, she gave us a different room with an upgrade!"

"I immediately left the hotel property after 10 minutes of being in the room and booked a different hotel. I’ve never once left a review for anything not matter how good or bad but this was on a different level. I get some places are not up to snuff but I didn’t want to take anything out of my car or want anyone there to know what I had because I didn’t want my car or room to get broken into. "Not sure if the building is new but everything is clean. The staff are great and helpful. Breakfast was great. It's one of the best one's we had so far. My kids really liked it. I liked it. The coffee was great and the coffee dispenser looked expensive. I would love to come back here if I find my way around the area again."

"From the outside, it’s not overly impressive but decent. Rooms were very clean and updated, Fergus got us an early check-in, which was really helpful for our trip. Overall, we give this a five star rating for staff friendliness as well as overall hotel experience."
