"The only elevator was out of order. We had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The citronella lemongrass soap was pungent and unpleasant. Did not want to smell like a bug repellent candle at the funeral I had come to town for. The conditioner made my hair feel like a rat's nest. The continental breakfast was ok. "Was decent. Outdoor pool was kind of crowded and had no chairs available, but to be expected on hot sunny days I suppose. Restaurant was disappointing in every way possible. Poor service, mediocre food, and over priced. Other than that pretty good and no issues with the room itself."

"The staff was helpful and nice and stay was good overall For the management there, the chair in the room where the bunk bed was, was ripped and stained but functional and the Queen bed in our room was a double but they told us it was a queen , we have a queen at home and that was definitely a double bed I think some of the furniture was dated and should be replaced to make guests feel more comfortable in the room"

"My husband and I have stayed at this resort a number of times and usually have no issues. However this time I had bad experience. I used the hot tub on the first day we were there for less than a hour and by the next day my bathing suit went from black to brown. I told the receptionist and she just shrugged her shoulders. Disappointed in this response."
