"Not our first time here. The lobby is rather sparse but clean with comfortable seating. It also serves as the area for the continental breakfast offerings which is one of the better continental breakfast’s we’ve seen. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable but they could use new pillows. The bathroom/shower is small and being on the fifth floor we experienced very low water pressure in our shower. "The cottage was perfect for 2 W soap towels & sheets provided w king sized bed TV & shower on 2nd floor Full kitchen with pots pans dishes dishwasher sofa bed Tv half bath on first floor. It was very clean almost like new - cottages were spaced out nicely also a pool. I would stay again! It is only 15 minutes to Easton's beach & cliff walk in Newport."

"Rooms were clean and spacious; all staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for family stays - it's a quick walk to Easton Beach, and the pool on site is small but nice."

"very cozy place with a VERY comfortable bed. Wonderful made to order breakfast included. Free parking. Less expensive than staying in Newport and very worth it. So easy to drive to Newport, find parking, and walk everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Try Reject beer Co. if you like beer and a good vibe. Would return!"
