"The staff was not the friendliest, very cold and not willing to help. Rooms were or and the lobby just felt very crowded. "

"Room was spotless and at the end the staff accommodated a last minute taxi ride when our Uber app wasn’t working. We had so much luggage too! One of the staff confirmed the ride and then stood by us waiting for the taxi with us to help with bags and make sure we were good. They went above and beyond"
