"There was only 1 public wc for the guest, i had to check out at 10:00 and waited at the lobby for train departure. Just before leaving, I wanted to go to wc and as it's broken and the hotel wasn't helpful , they refused NO. Not convenient for any visitor with big luggage to move with the desire if peeing on the way to train station"

"That was disappointing: the first thing we noticed is that there was hair on the floor of the bathroom and the shower was clogged so we couldn't shower. The "kitchen" was a complete joke; we were 3 persons and they provided us with exactly 3 disposable plastic and 3 disposable paper cups and no dish soap and 2 fridges only one was barely working (why 2 then??) and you had to pay 25€ to rent the dishes and cookware. The WiFi was never consistent and kept cutting, we just used our own data. I...

"The room was dirty, the bed sheets seemed clean but I woke up the next day and my face was red like smth bit me when I have no allergies. There were no towels provided or anything else. The bathrooms and kitchen were really dirty. The only good thing was the staff that I talked on the phone with and the roomgirl that I met. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family or people that they want smth cheap and comfort."
