A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day. There was also a nice little library with books about various aspects of Japan.

We felt very well received and take care of in this hotel. The staff was cordial and friendly. Althought the room was a little small it had everything we needed and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Always with a smiling face. There’s even a weighing machine to weigh your luggage at your own convenience. Thank you for the efforts for providing breakfast every morning. The train station is also almost next door.

The rooms are small but in a nice way. They are compact and get the job done. It’s a good central location in Tokyo yet quiet and not noisy. It was right next to a subway station and so everywhere we wanted to go was easily accessed that way. Our view was amazing. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was amazing. The staff was friendly. We ended up checking in at like 11pm because our flight was delayed and they were there and we were able to check in without any issue

like most other hotel in Japan the room was very compacted, but you have everything you need except a little more space so the person on the end side of the bed would not have to crawl over the other person or to the end of the bed. Great location, comfortable stay, easy transport

Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our double room had a comfy bed and was decently sized for two adults plus 3 suitcases and daypacks. Bathroom was a little snug, but functional. The staff were always friendly and accommodating - our luggage was kept secure before and after check-in, and we were able to have luggage sent by courier beforehand. Buffet breakfast was okay, had a good selection of vegetable options but the protein of the day was a bit hit and miss. Location is great for public transport - you're right next to the B1 exit for Kiyosumi Shirakawa station, which gets you on the Oedo or Hanzomon lines. It's about 15 minutes to Tokyo station on the Hanzomon line.

Lovely stay!

Just right outside the Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station thats why the commute is so much more covenient. There is a family mart adjacent to it if you want a late night snack. The beds are comfortable, the washrooms are clean, and the best part is the yummy delicious breakfast we have everyday. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. There is no water provided in the rooms though but they have a vending machine on the 2nd floor. You have to get a breakfast ticket the night before. It prevents overcrowding during breakfast hours. The staff are friendly and there are umbrellas that you are free to use in case it rains.

Hotel was in an excellent location if you're looking for something quieter and more local feeling. Incredibly close to the subway station (right next door there is an entrace). The included breakfast is delicious and a great way to get some vegetables in to start your day. The room itself is very small, we stored our suitcases under the bed to make enough space. As long as all you plan to do in the room is sleep, it is fine. Hotel is Incredibly clean and they've thought of many small things that make a big difference. Linen spray, hooks, hangers and sleepwear. All in all we would definitely stay here again and highly reccommend it if you want to stay out of the crazy busy areas, but close enough to get to them easily.

The room was tidy and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pyjama and slippers were provided as well as toiletries. Breakfast was ok with variation in dishes daily. But best was that you could sit in a cafe in the evening and have a drink (complimentary) and read there. Lots of art and travel books in English and Japanese. Location right next to metro. Close walk to nearby sights and convenient metro line elsewhere in Tokyo.
