The property is well taken care of. The rooms were clean and well organized. The staff were all very kind. Check in and out was super easy. The hotel is also really close to a train line so travel was convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean room. Convenient location, not super close to the subway, but close enough if you don’t mind a small walk. Safe area and the room was super comfy. No staff in the front desk, but the robots did a good job helping me check in. Toiletries being available to grab in the lobby were a huge and lovely plus. I would definitely stay again.

pretty unique hotel as I have never been checked in by a dinosaur aha. I enjoyed the check in, it was very quick, simple and easy. Only a 10min train ride to the airport. Was only a 5min walk to the station.

We booked the theatre room which had a projector-so we were able to watch Netflix! Our previous hotel didn’t have Netflix as an option, and there were no English channels so this was nice. The room was pretty small, but we were really only in there to sleep so that didn’t matter. We were also able to use self locking stations for our luggage because we got there before check in time, this was very convenient. And of course the dinosaur robots were very cool!

We had a great stay here. The check in process was much easier this time.. and the dinosaurs create so much fun! Our room was clean and tidy. We did not like the pillows, but I understand that’s personal choice. Great hotel close to the airport station restaurants and convenience stores.

When I reserve our rooms I include the breakfast. The breakfast was good kind of unique items was in the breakfast room. About to amenity I wish the facial cleanser, toner and moisturizer for one time use package as other hotels. Staff were very friendly.

The check in was amusing with the ai technology, but was a bit clunky and time consuming. The room and hotel were clean. Vending machines only accept cash which we were not aware of. Overall a good stay and good value for money.
