Mazing staff, really friendly! Rooms are clean, AC is a godsend during summer time ๐Ÿ™Œ nice amenities and quick breakfast service to get you going l. I left my rings in the room after checking out and going to Osaka, a quick email on the day we arrived to Osaka and they gave me a response within the day! They were willing to send it to me at the hotel in Osaka and it arrived 2 days later! Amazing hotel and service, will stay again ๐Ÿ‘

Conveniently located. Rooms are small but clean. One size fits all pyjamas foc was a useful service and the free set breakfast meal provided by the Pronto cafe was tasty. Coin operated laundry facilities also very handy but it is heavily utilised so be prepared to wait your turn. One dryer was out of service which meant longer wait time too.
