"The hotel is very conveniently located. It is extremely close to Senso-Ji and has a metro stop within 3 mins walking distance, but is a wonderful oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Asakusa. The breakfast restaurant was a decent value for the price. The staff were very friendly and efficient in wvery interaction. As a final comment: the afternoon and early evening lounge offerings (soft drinks, beer, coffee and tea) were a very pleasant way to unwind when returning each day. "

"Nice on the surface level impression, but stingy about the things that mattered. The rooms had 3 trays of shower caps, tooth brushes, cotton swabs, etc., which were mostly unnecessary. The hotel only changed our sheets upon request once in 10 days. You could leave out a card requesting the sheets to be changed & then the request card completely disappeared after that. We were also only allowed 1 espresso pod per person, per day to use in our specialty maker. Otherwise, you could take instant coffee packs from the lobby. Real coffee drinkers don't like instant. You could request more sugar, but not more creamer. We are not accessive bathers & didn't always use our towls. We felt like impositions. Furthermore, many Americans don't watch CNN & was offered as the only English news."

"This is our second time at this hotel because of the wonderful experience we had last year. Hotel is right beside the train station, which is very convenient for travelers. From Narita airport you can take the Keisei Sky Access (not Skyliner) directly to this hotel. Nearby restaurant - Kura, and hotel is right beside Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Solamachi shopping centre which includes Kirby Cafe, Uniqlo, Loft, Plaza, and Ontisuka Tiger. Right beside Life supermarket, which is an excellent advantage! In terms of service and amenities - staff were very helpful with room upgrade, and extremely friendly. Amenities are top notch for personal hygiene, and kids pajamas and slippers can be easily requested. There are also self-service kiosks which can be used to exchange your Japanese bills to coins. Laundry services are self serve and easy to use either with coins or paying with a physical IC card. Vending machine rooms also have the ice machines and microwave available. The room was clean, spacious for our family. I think this would accommodate well for a family with two young kids. If you have older kids, you may need to review the room options more closely before booking. The staff service was one of the main reasons we came back here, and when we come to Tokyo again, we will definitely stay here! Thank you again!! "

"The spa area is excellent with compact but very great variety of bath types, one so amazingly hot, and a sauna. For the well-beaten tourist path on the east side of Tokyo I would recommend but not more than a couple nights as travel to the west side is not easy nor quick. The location is pretty intense close to Sensoji temple but at least 6-8 minute walk from each station through croweded area and there are no direct trains unless going close by. The breakfast, which is expensive, is not worth it. Pros: - nice and quiet at night - spacious rooms - very quaint feeling hotel with a lot of nice touches (manga room, free wash laundry, snacks) - spa is one of the best Cons: - inconvenient to use as travel base except for immediate area - food, breakfast buffet, is neither of quality or variety- skip "

"The location of this hostel was excellent! The beds were comfy. There was not much storage space, and they do not hold your bag after check out.. which was a bit ridiculous as people just end up sitting in the lobby with their stuff, waiting for their time to go anyway. Onsens were way too hot, but otherwise nice. "

"Clean room, friendly staff from front desk to the room cleaners, laundry machines are easy to use. In an accessible area between main metro lines which makes getting around easy and quick. Would stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo"
