"We had an amazing, but too short, stay here at this beautiful and quiet winery. We spent two nights in the area but should have spent more. Anna and Matteo are wonderful hosts. They are welcoming and helpful in so many ways. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace overlooking the vineyards and a wine tasting after breakfast. The wine was delicious and the tour was great. We would definitely come back and stay a week or more and enjoy the peaceful and relaxing setting. Thanks for having us!"

Here are the issues that we experienced: road noise, tobacco smoke rising from the restaurant, inadequate interior lighting, no hooks for towels, too few hooks for clothes, the sheets were not clearly clean. If you stay here, request a room on the back, away from the road and restaurant. The place has potential, but the little details matter. "

"Really well appointed and spacious apartment in gorgeous village of Smartno. Everything you could need and everything very close by in terms of food and drink options. Buffet breakfast was provided at a premises just around the corner. Comfy big bed."

"The hotel was not a good fit for us. It was clean, room and balcony were spacious, the staff was polite, and the view from our balcony was truly spectacular. But it’s on the quiet side of the lake, had an extremely limited restaurant menu (one page total with plenty of white space) the bathtub is poorly configured and the place personified faded beauty. "The check-in information received by mail, no complications. The condition of apartment was certainly not supreme, as adveritised but acceptable for the duration of 2 nights. "The air conditioner wouldn’t go below 22, we woke up pouring sweat. Everything was an add-on. Renting a bike for an hour was slightly cheaper than 4 hours; not free for guests. Breakfast for charge, mini bar is full but they’ll email you after your departure to settle that cost as well. Meh."
