I arrived at 9 PM and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The next morning, when I want to check out, no one was there. When they showed up, they were helpful and nice, but lack of staffing at the desk is problematic."

The linens and floors were clean, however, walls, light switches, and around the base of the toilet and tub were grungy. The room had an overwhelming scent of air freshener that was extremely unpleasant. It wasn’t a clean, fresh scent - it was overpowering. This is a motel-style property with outside entrances.
