"The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. "

"Horrible experience when checking in, I had a late flight and the staff wanted to charge extra and impose another day, he was not urgent to help me it was almost 3;00 am when I got to the hotel and he had not consideration to accommodate a room for me. I had to contacted experience and be rude with the person at the hotel to get a room. Not recommended."
