"Easily mixed up with another Hyatt Place Cruise port. Shuttle from the airport is an extra fee. Shuttle to the cruise port is an extra fee as well. "

"No It was almost impossible to find pickup point at airport. Talked with hotel shift manager, she was not clear where the pickup point was. Was left waiting for pickup service for almost 2 hrs. Finally there was a shift change of night hotel managers. That lady was able to correctly guide me to the pick up point. "

"Close to airport and shopping area with restaurants. Newer feeling hotel, there was no daily cleaning, however, which I prefer. "

"Came off our cruise and was so happy that our room was ready! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and had a delicious dinner before our flight back home. The shuttle driver was very courteous and made a special effort to take us to the airport on time. Will stay here again next time we cruise. "

"Got there well before the 3:00 check in, the staff behind the desk was very accommodating. He stored our luggage; gave us a key to access the pool; and arranged for us to have a room well before check in. The property is nice but is showing its age. It seems to be well kept. "

"A quick overnight stay before cruising. The staff were fantastic and handled a service outage like champions. They couldn’t access their online systems at all but stayed kind, courteous and ensured we had a comfortable stay. "

"Just a place to sleep & Shower for one night. They did hold our luggage for a fee! t So, we got to enjoy the beach for a few hrs before our flight. Bedding could be better, shower was good, but room was not worth the money for one night."
