"The hotel and location was great! The shuttle was not good. It was dark out and they had a small sign on their dashboard to say the name of the hotel. The van was not identified on the outside. I had to wait 50 minutes because I called three times before they showed up and then the driver took the sign and held it outside of the van. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel."

Other guests were given my room key when I was already checked into my room (over 2 hours after check in time due to room not being ready). They were given the same room by desk staff. "Yes stay was great. A elevator was not working during stay. Otherwise great and close enough to walk to Dania Point mall. Shuttle service very effecient."

"We stayed at this property for 1 night before a cruise, and other than the Bass Pro Shop and the Islamorada Fish Company restaurant, there was nothing to do within walking distance. The restaurant did have good food. The hotel common areas and room were dated and worn but clean. It is close to the cruiseport, so if you’re looking for just a place to rest your head for the night, this is fine. But it’s just ok otherwise. "
