"The room had a moldy smell The buffet had two hairs in the eggs. In spite of the gentleman at the desk saying that everyone wore hair nets. Other people saw it and were as grosse out as we were."

"I had informed the property through Expedia that I would be doing a late check-in. However, still my booking was cancelled and no refund was provided. Hotel is blaming Expedia and Expedia is blaming hotel, but my money is gone."

"Front desk not very friendly or helpful "

"We arrived too early for check-in. However, the girl that was at the desk was phenomenal. She greeted us, explained that we were too early to check in as they were still checking people out. We explained that we were unable to go anywhere as we had so much luggage. She graciously allowed us to lock our luggage up and hang out at the pool until our room was ready. This was above and beyond what we expected, and we were very grateful for her service."

"The room was filthy. Sheets had holes in them and they didn’t look clean. The platform where the mattress sat was dirty. The duvet cover had stains and black flecks all over it. White stains on the headboard that weren’t wiped off. The floors…they turned our feet black when we walked on them. Pillows were terrible and very flat. No seating in the room except 1 office chair, and the surfaces weren’t wiped down. The lobby was ok, however, entering the hotel was difficult because the front...

"I was very disappointed in this hotel. I paid over $750 US for a two night stay. Booked because it had an airport shuttle, but was told the shuttle was already full (the day before I needed it) so couldn’t book it to get to the airport. We were staying 2 days and wanted to use the pool and hot tub…pool cold and hot tub not even luke warm. There was a breakfast advertised, but it was restaurant prices. I had searched for a bedroom suite so there were separate sleeping and sitting areas with...

"Stayed a night before flying out of FLL the next day. Location is very convenient and about 10 mins from the airport. Room was spacious and overall clean except washrooms need more work. Curtains were not in great shape and floor had a lot of hair so not thoroughly cleaned beforehand. Some of the top bed covers had stains so could use a new set. But overall a comfortable short-term stay. "
