"Our room was great! We had 2 bedrooms and the sofa made into a 3rd bed. We slept 6. Kitchen area in the unit was nice.
I had called and got directions for shuttle pick up from airport. I knew what to do. BUT when we landed in Ft Lauderdale I called the number for the shuttle and got a message that they end service at 11pm. Our flight got in later than that…ugh. I was not informed about any hours. So we had to pay for an Uber. The hotel offers shuttle to the cruise port, but we are 6 people and...

All the staff was welcoming and helpful and the general manager Jermaine sets a beautiful example to all his staff which is reflected at very interaction.
