"The staff was great and helpful. The rooms was nice but the bathroom needed better cleaning, there were roaches in the room and bathroom. The pool was out of service. I only stayed a day but not much there. Next door there is a bar restaurant with live music that was fun and prices are good."

"The staff was great. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfy, however sofa bed wasen’t. It felt like you were sleeping on springs only. Parking lot was safe and secured. Couple things that I believe could be better would be the pricing for snacks and beverages (Very expensive for hotel guest). Another one will be, our bathroom tub drain was not working well so water wouldnt go down unless we held the drain up manually. I wish the rooms had extra sheets/blankets as most marriott locations bring with rooms. The toulet also took forever to refill with water before you could use it again. Other Than that, great stay."

"The worst thing about this hotel was internet cnnection and wifi. I did not need a wifi but when in hotel, it wouldn't let me use my own internet and I had to go to wifi and when going to wifi you either had to pay or watch commercials for free wifi. It was awful and really interferrd with my stay. Very bad experience. I wouldnt go to this hotel again"

"The Hotel was dated and could use a good cleaning. The beds looked like the sheets were not cleaned. Still had carpet in the main rooms. The air conditioner was super LOUD everytime it turned on. Kept waking us up all night. When I say it was loud I mean loud. The elevators were slow and not very clean. The breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee cups are small."

"Breakfast was typical bargain hotel faire, tasteless. Did not use the pool. The room was partially clean (the toilet and sink). The floor was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes! There was hair in the corners and I tracked it all over the place. The shower floor was dirty, if you can imagine! The shower also had black algae in the corners. I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy. The ride from the airport was fine. The bus ride to the port was an absolute clown show. The bus was completely full, so they had folks standing up in the aisle at the back of the bus and then ran out of luggage storage and proceeded to roll luggage down the aisle up to the poor folks that were standing. They had a senior citizen as a driver and the poor SOB had to load and unload the bus himself. The employee that gathered everyone together to load the bus thought he was a comedian but was rude and crass! "

"The property was well appointed and great location to lodging, airport and port. The room was clean and concierge staff professional and friendly. My only complaint is that a guest had a BM in the pool- facilities staff was aware but didn’t post a sign that pool was closed. We went to get in the pool and another guest had to point out the issue. We lounged by the pool. The facilities staff came. They used the pool net to remove most of the waste (not all). Proceeded to empty the nets content on the cement and use a garden hose to push the BM into the mulch- then place the net back on its side- there was zero sanitation done on the net. I found it extremely unsanitary to simply put human BM in the bushes along the pool walkway. "
