"The room was a good size for a single with a king size bed. The breakfast had options of food, both Japanese and Western. Each floor has its own water dispenser. Loved the library theme of the hotel. Staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Location was convenient to the Tokyo Tower 🗼. There was a laundry room on 4th floor (didn’t use it since I was at the beginning of my trip). Only down side was distance to train station was at least 10 min walk away, which is far after a day of...

"This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent."
