I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was cozy, and I loved the history behind the building. There were are few little glitches that the staff attended to when I raised the issue (no hot water for the shower, left cleaning rags in the room, didn't replace towels after cleaning the room). ...

We love the Royal York. Paul at the first desk was an absolute angel. We arrived early and he had a room for us. It was my daughter’s birthday and he had sweets and drinks sent up. He was incredible.
