Good transport links into the city centre with many busses coming past the hotel regularly, and the tram station the other side of the stadium (about this a bit of a walk). "The staff was incredible! I felt so bad for them because their server was down when we tried to check in. Even though there was a lot of people very frustrated, they handled the situation with class and dignity. They gave us free vouchers for drinks. Which was very kind. They held our bags for us so we could go explore the city while we waited. It was a great location and you could walk anywhere you wanted from it. The breakfast was amazing! "O hotel é bem localizado. Perto da estação Haymarket e a poucos minutos das principais atrações turísticas da cidade. O staff foi simpático. Tudo muito limpo! Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel, mas vimos que havia a opção. O quarto é bem pequeno, fica apertado se você está em duas pessoas com duas malas. Chuveiro é excelente!"

"I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!! Room was cosy and clean toilets! A nice lobby / lounge area in main...

"Chambre très propre et confortable, chambre grande pour le U-K, personnel affable, bon petit-déjeuner, les allergies alimentaires sont prises au sérieux au restaurant. Points négatifs: pas de coffre-fort à la chambre et l'éclairage extérieur serait à améliorer. L'hôtel se trouve un peu au milieu de nulle part (je le savais), mais si l'extérieur du bâtimement était mieux éclairé, on se sentirait plus en sécurité le soir à la sortie du tram ou du train. Il fait vraiment sombre. "
