"Suite was spacious, clean. Reception staff were professional & pleasant. Parking garage a plus. Good location. Elevator floor tile is crumbling, concerned about tripping.
I requested fresh wash rags 3 times before receiving fresh bath & hand towels—never received the new wash rags. Breakfast is less to be desired & the employee seemed bothered when I requested napkins, forks, a plate, as there weren’t any out (she was sweeping the floors at that time). Fitness center is very minimal—could use...

"Parking to check in is very tight. I tried to check in early but wasn’t able to. My room was very nice, except for the badly soiled chair. It should have never left in room. I called staff and it was immediately replaced. Towels were plentiful and the decor was very nice.
It would have been nice to have staff tell me where my room was so I could park in a convenient spot. After I discovered where my room was located I had to move my.car closer. Very nice the parking is gated. Hotel is on a very...

"The location was fantastic. Room size was great. Very clean with the exception of the fans they gave us were very dusty. There were no screens on the windows. I had a hard time closing the window after mosquitos came in. It was very hot no air conditioning. They provided us with two small fans one worked. then I asked for a larger one and I did get that immediately. no door knobs in the bathroom or the closet door. Most of the teak furniture that they advertise to sit in the front and enjoy...

"Was perfect for what we needed. Road trip from AZ for some waves over Fall break. Views of the Ocean, about a mile to Pier and beach! In that respect it's awesome and for what we paid in October was a great value. The building is older and a bit run down but interior is updated, inviting with great wall art. You feel like you are in Hermosa. Most of the poor reviews I read are true, you're on PCH and Sepulveda so busy street and I'm sure loud if your room is on that side. Walls are thin...

"Hôtel avec bon rapport qualité prix pour visiter Los Angeles. Très propre et personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner bien, même si nous aurions apprécié des fruits en plus.
Si vous souhaitez le ménage ou changement de draps/serviettes il faut le demander à l’accueil le matin, l’écriteau sur la porte ne suffit pas, mais ils sont très réactifs."
