"The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in. In addition the staff were not knowledgeable regarding how to get to and from the beach which was close, but not...

"I was very satisfied with my stay at Exe Hotel Puerto de Sagunto. Everything was very good overall — the room, the service, and the general experience all met my expectations. My only small suggestion would be about breakfast. I missed having fresh vegetables available, and I think adding them would make the breakfast even better. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything and truly enjoyed my stay."

"The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to all the major sites like the cathedral and Lonja de Seda. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious, especially for a boutique hotel. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I loved the rainfall shower with constantly hot water. My only complaint was that we had a street facing room, so it was quite noisy throughout the night. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Small price to pay for all the other great things!"

"Clean, functional, location, convenient to the tennis academy (reason for being in Valencia, beach and publc transport). Caters to 18 - early 30s population, with a dorm like recreation area on the mezzanine. Despite having sunny days in the high teens and low 20s, the pool remained closed. Rooms are equipped with small induction hubs, microwaves and refrigerators so you can prepare meals in your room if desired. The cleaning team were quick, effective and welcoming. "Our second stay here and if anything it’s even better. They’ve done a refurb to the dining area and it’s lovely. The staff are welcoming and make sure you have the best stay possible. Our room was on the ground floor with secure parking right outside the door. Food was delicious and the price very reasonable. We will be back! "

"Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work."

"+ It was clean, good location, AC (not really well working) - Only shower in the room, no toilet, no sink, no little fridge, it was cold and windows shut. There was no any tub you're asking about. Receptionists are never at the place, both during check-in and checkout there was nobody, returned for check-in again and just left when checkout. No breakfast offer. No card (?) to show if I need cleaning or not, though it's mentioned on the wall. Not pretty. Very thin walls, all sounds are very loud....
