Although the dinner menu had limited options, the food was very good and the breakfast buffet had a huge choice. The mountain views were spectacular, even during a thunderstorm!"

Staff were first class and super attentive, the room and location absolutely perfect with tram station, beach, boat tours and an array of restaurants literally metres away. "Awful experience. This hotel should be a ONE star. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts in my life and this has to be one of the worst experiences. I wasn’t alone during my check in, as there was a cockroach checking in beside me on the lobby floor. I told the front desk immediately… the bathroom was full of insects (silverfish), cockroach on my balcony, and despite the hotel advertising that they had Air Conditioning, the AC was not yet turned on (apparently they turn it on in May)....

"This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated. If you are looking for a boutique style hotel in a nice area where you can relax and explore, this is the hotel. Oh and don’t forget to ask about the spa! Overall, I will be...
