Had to walk up multiple steps before reaching small elevator. The hotel clerk left at 8 pm, and when we left in the morning there was not anyone at the reception. The mattress was old, lumpy, and hard, and room was very small, almost could not open door without hitting door. The shower hose also needed repair. ...
