"Our stay at Glencruitten House was lovely. However, for the price there are a few things that did not exactly meet expectations. "Friendly receptionist, help me sorting out the TV remote control, unfortunately the TV still didn't work. One of the ceilings lights kept on flickering and only went off when I took the key card out of its slot. As it was passed midnight I didn't bother to go downstairs to ask it be sorted. There were not staff around in the morning so couldn't do it then either. Otherwise nice comfy, clean room."
