Il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble en face de l'hôtel avec d'immenses bruits qui m'ont réveillée a 8h. L'hotel aurait pu faire un geste et diminuer le montant du prix. Il fausait froid dans la salle du petit-dejeuner Mais le personnel etait adorable.

Hôtel Ours Blanc Centre
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and generally clean, occasionally had to ask for towels and amenities. Free coffee 24hrs at the reception area. Perfect location and very convenient to move around!

Ours Blanc - Place Victor Hugo
The staff checking in was great but I was 15 minutes late checking out because I thought it was later check out and the staff was very rude about it despite my apology. I’ll never go back

Excellent location, good rooms, although not very big. The bathroom was big enough, with a nice shower.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Every one of your staff were friendly and helpful. Our only minor disappointment was that the bacon in hot buffet was always very crispy, which is not how we like it. It looked like it had been kicking around for a while.
