"The apartment was well organized and had everything I needed. However, I noticed there were many charging blocks available for devices. The only negative point is that I selected a specific room but didn’t get it, which was disappointing. Overall, the property attempted to improve this situation when they allowed me to choose my room as I requested."

"This was definitely a diamond in the rough, many people said it wasn't a great area. Many people were wrong. The hotel itself was super clean and quiet during my 4 night 5 day stay. No issues walking to and from my event and several coffee shops and bodegas to fulfill any need along the way. Will be staying here again next year"

"The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. The Subway is 2 blocks away, and you are about a 7-minute walk to Penn Station. The AC was sufficient. The microwave was not working, but there was a second microwave in the apartment stacked on top of the fridge. The beds were just okay; our only real complaint was that the pillows weren't great. "Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk."

"It felt like an elevated camp lodge experience rather than a hotel. Cozy rooms with all you need. No tv! Great shower and comfy bed , good restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet( nicer than others we experienced). Such nice staff and beautiful views. Especially from the hot tub which was great to use before dinner."

"great location, with garage spaced ( thought that is a bit confusing to figure out where the space was located); apartment was super comfy, nice size and layout, with living room/open kitchen concept (complete with all cooking and utensils ). Large bathroom w/a nice shower. Towels were wet but we worked that part out. great gym facilities in building and a fun basement equipped with (adult) games! rooftop was not open, even to enjoy the sunny day.. which meant the pool too was not available. ...
