"Best hotel we’ve stayed in. Photos were exactly as the hotel was if not better in person. Staff was incredible. Room was more spacious than it appeared. Pool room was stunning with the windows and lovely grounds. My only complaint would be the pool was too cold for me and I hate to even complain about that bc the stay far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was awesome. Our kids LOVED the pancake machine. Super cool. We will absolutely come back next year when we visit the Strong Museum of...

"Picked here just for use of hot tub, it was broke. The room ac was 74 when we entered our room. Didn’t go any lower then 70 and the loud ac unit ran all night long. Would like to have had a few benches outside, nowhere to sit. Room and breakfast was good."

"The room was clean. The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, weed and drugs. I did not know that as of Monday the property would be closed due to multiple code violations and other issues. This morning when trying to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to reach in and put the key card in a container. Glad it was only one night.there was no shampoo only small bars of hand soap. Not worth the price."

"we have stayed there for about 6 time. We come from Ohio to fish and the Relax Inn is in the prefect location to dining and to grocery stores and all the good fishing charters"

"Room was dirty, bathroom sink was peeling off from dirt, TV did not work, AC was very loud, very insecure location full with sketchy people on hallway. I finally got a different room after complaining which was a little better and had no choice but to accept it at those late hours... Next time I will pay a little extra to get a better hotel !!!"

"We have been traveling for two weeks, stayed at a variety of places, and I think this was one of the cleanest and well equipped hotels we have stayed in. I did not want to leave because it felt so comfortable here. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds Great parking, breakfast was not bad, and we would like to mention “Heather “ at the Front desk was very Helpful and pleasant."
