"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel JAL City Tokyo and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated between two train stations, both about a block away, making transportation extremely convenient. There is also a convenience store right inside the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks before bed. The staff were helpful and happy to arrange taxis whenever needed, making travel around the city very easy. My only minor complaints were that...

"We party of 12 friends and family have booked 6 room and stayed there 3 nights. We have enjoyed the variety of breakfast and the clean room. Their spa is so relaxing especially the indoor and outdoor hot tub and the view of the rainbow bridge was awesome. This hotel maintain its 5 star status. Highly recommend."

Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo."

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"4년 전쯤 방문하고 이번이 두번째 방문인데 2층이 리모델링 되면서 더 깔끔해졌습니다. 완전 독채 빌라라서 소음에 크게 구애받지 않아도 되서 좋았습니다. 2층이 침실이고(싱글침대 4개) 1층에 코타츠가 있어서 술 사와서 밤에 마시기 좋습니다. 4명이서 친구 혹은 가족 여행에 추천합니다. 호텔보다 더 재밌는 경험이 될 수 있습니다."
