"Spoilt by young children, around 9/10 years old, not being supervised, running up & down the corridor, kicking doors & generally shouting and swearing until after 11pm. Otherwise good - when we spoke to Amy about it in the morning she was very apologetic and understanding and said it was not a normal thing - apparently some of the adults were in the bar until 11.45pm. After this explanation we will seriously consider staying again when the need arises. "

"Reception and restaurant staff were lovely and always willing to help. Room was very clean and comfortable with iron/ironing board and hairdryer. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. Excellent value. Highly recommend the Boat & Horses."
