Motel tại Hạt Travis

"The room was clean that’s the only positive. There were no wash cloths only towels. No bars of soap for handwashing. No hair dryer. The area was a little sketchy with homeless people wandering the parking lot. Came back to the room to see another tenant looking in the window of our room. The next night there was a party going on in a room below us and the smell of marijuana was so strong we could smell it in our room with the door and window closed. Would not stay in this motel again."

"DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION FOR THIS PROPERTY. Before I could tell my reservation number to check in they informed me that there was no WiFi, internet or tv. There were roaches consistently in the room as well as ants. The house keeping doesn’t sweep or mop the floor. The front desk wears pajamas to work and look extremely disheveled. I had to go to front desk to get my key card remade everyday because it would stop working everytime I left. Several homeless camped out/living out of their car...

"Ok"

"Full of cockroaches. The room was super dirty and had fecal matter on the toilet seats, with multiple cockroaches. After complaining multiple times, the hotel staff did not accommodate. Would not recommend staying at all."

"I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service"

"Amazing customer service. Rose, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and very kind. The ac worked well and had good water pressure. I loved that the tv had Roku. I will definitely be staying again next time I visit Austin."
