"Very convenient, I could park very closely to my room."

"Front desk was not as nice as from my other stay. Not too friendly, he might need to do a retrain for costumer service. "We had to stop over to SFO so the property was easy to get to using the airport shuttle. Check in and check out was easy. Not to mention that it is walking distance to In-N-Out Burger. Which is helpful for those flying in late."

"Pool was not heated. My 7 year old has never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express where the pool wasnt heated. The pool did not open until 10:00am. If check out is at 11:00am why is the pool opening so late. Parking was not indicated that it was a separate fee, $20.00. It said something along the lines of, self parking available. "I stay at Marin Suites Hotel at least once a month. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms have lots of extra towels and there are bathrobes in the closets. My only complaint is all of the outlets. All of them are 2 prong. Some of the plugs are really loose, so your plugs fall right out of them. Otherwiae everything is great!"
