"Hotel is in a great location, very easy to explore SF from here using public transport. All staff we encountered were wonderful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable but rather tired; from the street you can see the tattered net curtains in the rooms - doesn't create a great first impression, but is an easy fix. Quite a lot of street noise throughout the night, as well as neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was simple (yogurt, cereals, bagels, toast, juice, tea, coffee, waffles and fruit) and meant we...

"If you want a spacious and clean room near all that’s happening in the heart of San Francisco, this hotel does the trick. The stairs and hallways leading to your room are a little vintage but once you are in the room, the walls are thick, the bed is comfortable and the amenities are contemporary. I would recommend this."
