The room was clean and very comfortable with a refrigerator inside, and I really liked the free cookies, apples, and water in the lobby. However, the service from the lobby staff could be improved, as they misplaced my small suitcase and only found it after checking three times. Management should improve staff...

"Das Hotel ist super gelegen um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Zwar gibt es im Hotel kein Frühstück dafür direkt nebenan ein nettes Frühstückslokal und auch Abendessen/ Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem standen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer an sich war okay, das Bett bequem."
