"Had to help the Night staff change the sheets as it Gad hairs both on the pillows and sheets, so did the floor around the bes :(. Staff was helpfull. My room was fumigated without prior notice so when I came back that Night my Door was slightly open, needless to say I was surprised and escarde to find my Door unlock. "The hotel itself was fine, no complaints and no rave review factors. But the front door bellman / host Prince really made the difference for my stay. So welcoming and friendly, knew where everything was, knew who to ask for what at any time of the day, was accommodating even when I arrived at the hotel late just trying to find something to eat. 10s across the board; he’s the reason I’m returning for my next work trip. "
