"Our stay was due to a surgery the next morning at UCSF and we needed to check out at 5:00 am the following morning. It so happened that we arrived at the hotel just as a SF ball game was ending. Traffic and parking was a nightmare. I checked in while my husband circled the block looking for parking. Hotel staff was really accommodating and allowed us to park in their loading zone until traffic cleared. "The room that was advertised on Expedia was not the reality. Upon arrival, the 600 dollars spent for a king bed with a balcony view turned out to be facing the parking lot.
