No sea view, no aircon, nor fan in the room, no robes, and a standard Kings size bed, rooms quite small and the window which you had to keep open, opened onto noisy back street. For the price of £300.00 per night I was expecting a little more luxury, which is certainly not how I would describe this hotel, nor my stay here and the price did not even include breakfast!!! Parking is a big problem too."

The entire place was just oozing with character and personality. "Very nice Holiday Inn Express right next to the services, south of Bodmin. Very clean, great breakfast, excellent staff, surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the dual carriageway. Very warm room with no opening windows, and shower water pressure a little on the low side, £6 for overnight parking but positives easily outweigh the negatives. Used as an overnight stop whilst visiting the Eden Project, about a 20 minute drive away."
