"The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. "

The hotel could not do enough for us, including nightly breakfast bags to take with us early in the morning so we did not go hungry & a box of doggo goodies including 2 x bowls, meat flavoured beer, salmon treats & a new tennis ball. "This was our fourth annual stay at the Beach and it was as excellent as ever. The staff are always friendly, our room was spacious with a view of the bay, the shower was excellent and the breakfast very tasty. We will be back next year!"
"I wanted to check in fast and visit an important attraction before they closed. The reception lady indicated that by law she had to check us in right away and show us the room. I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. I was thinking that she had no choice in the matter to do so and if I had arrived at 8pm she would have to check me in if she liked it or not. ??"
