"Don’t let the outside looks fool you - this is a wonderful place to stay. Very accommodating to us and so friendly. We were centrally located in the city with easy access to cabs and bullet train. Delightful restaurants within walking distance. "

Very close to the Vatican and I was worried it'd be loud and lots of people, but it was just so cozy and we didnt even notice we were that close to the Vatican. Breakfast was great and I love that we could pick ourselves from a list what we wanted and then have it served in our room."

"Our room was beautiful and large with a balcony (though too cold to use.). Nelson, the manager was terrific in every way. Helped bring out luggage up, booked our transportation, was there to give us cappuccinos in the am. It was perfect and extremely reasonable. The only issue is it is hard to find because it is part of another building so make sure to get directions on how to enter. Once you are checked in, everything is a breeze. Would stay again!"
