"It’s was clean. The door to the shower was off the top hinge and wouldn’t close properly. The pillows were very uncomfortable and no clear instructions on turning on lights and AC. We didn’t know you have to keep your card in a slot to have it turn on. We were also charged 10 Euros upon departure for a city tax when I paid for the room and taxes on Expedia "

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views. A lot of weddings happen here, but our stay no weddings or events took place. Great restaurants and breakfast options for us. They baked fresh Italian bread where you have to cut a slice! So authentic. I came here for my bday and the server even prepared me a bday cake, thought that was so kind. "Enjoy the property in terms of cleanliness and professionalism however, they gave us a room. We’re just you can hear the trains all night. We’re right by the train station so you can hear them while taking off and coming in not comfortable to sleep with."

"A little dated but okay for the price. It’s a little out of town and only booked this hotel as it had a pool but when I arrived (May) was told they don’t open the pool until June. This was very annoying given it was the only reason I chose this hotel and this could have been stated somewhere when booking.
Also rooms had no working aircon and weather was very hot. Wouldn’t want to be there in August "

"Overall, the staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. It has a very Gen-Z vibe, rap music was playing in the lobby. The room had one of the more comfortable beds of the hotels we stayed at in Rome. The one downfall was that breakfast was not included in the price."
