"I was in town for work for a week, and had a nice stay. The available breakfast bag was overpriced for what you got, but being able to have something dropped of at my room early so I could get out and moving for 8:30 am meetings was really helpful. Free espresso in the hotel room each morning also came in handy. It's an older building so floors are understandably creaky - I found it charming, but ymmv. My flight arrived late at night and the provided instructions for getting my key and accessing the building worked no problem. I'd stay again."

"My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna.
