"I was in town for work for a week, and had a nice stay. The available breakfast bag was overpriced for what you got, but being able to have something dropped of at my room early so I could get out and moving for 8:30 am meetings was really helpful. Free espresso in the hotel room each morning also came in handy. It's an older building so floors are understandably creaky - I found it charming, but ymmv. My flight arrived late at night and the provided instructions for getting my key and accessing the building worked no problem. I'd stay again."

"My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. "This is a low-budget hotel right next to a large amusement park that runs to 1 a.m., 7 days a week. It is loud with people screaming on rides and lots of flashing lights. There were no amenities in the room (no water boiler, no closet, and only liquid hand soap). The days were in the high 20's C, the room was stifling hot, and the air conditioner did not work. I asked about this at the front desk and was told that the management had decided not to turn on the air conditioning in the building, apparently to save money. The bed was hard as a rock."
