"Amazing property, with staff that go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is fantastic. This was our favourite hotel during our stay in Scotland and we would highly recommend it!"
"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "
