"The hotel is situated in a rough area; nonetheless, it feels secure and it is gated. My personal discomfort cones from the excessive noise that cones into the room, I could have stayed here but it was not for female friend. It’s has nice and well maintained courtyard that does give ut a nice touch."

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco. Very friendly staff and the room we got was amazing. The hotel needs more maintenance but overall it's a great place to stay."

"No hay mejor lugar para disfrutar de una estancia de lujo en esta zona. Las habitaciones perfectas, el desayuno delicioso y la atención del personal excelente. Totalmente recomendable!"

"We loved this little hotel; beautiful classic Mexican home, with warm staff who were always available to answer questions."

"Zielo Rentals was a home away from home. The availability and flexibility of the staff was great! Our room faced the street so it could be loud at times, but it all added to the experience. I would 100% be coming back in the near future. The proximity to the Zocalo and other key points of interest was a huge plus! There were plenty of shops around too. Overall a wonderful experience!!"

"Loved our stay—such a unique experience The staff, kind. The food and margaritas, delicious."

"very novel, friendly, safe, inexpensive, while being right in the middle of the upscale neighborhood!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tuna! The property and rooms were beautiful and tranquil, immaculate, and perfect for our five days in Coyoacan. Everywhere we wanted to go was within minutes and there were plenty of great coffee shops and cute places to shop on our street. Aurelio was an absolute gem and helped us navigate anywhere we wanted to go as well. It was so convenient to have breakfast on-site to start our days, too."

"Charming boutique property, but disappointing hospitality. Staff on property were very pleasant but phone communication with the hotel’s point of contact was unnecessarily hostile, with the language barrier used as an excuse rather than an effort made to assist. Early check-in was confirmed via text, then denied upon arrival — unless I paid extra I was told. The room also lacked heating and basic tea/coffee amenities. Unfortunately, poor communication and service overshadowed an otherwise lovely...

"Incredible stay!"

"The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing is that (as is the problem with many properties in Mexico City due to sinking) the floor in our room is not level which took some getting used to but in the and was fine. Also the housekekeper kept moving things back when I moved them to make it more convenient for me - annoying but a small issue. We felt very safe, they have a 24hour doorman who lets you in and out, even offers you an umbrella if it looks like...

"The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses. The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to...
